Rejoice! Today we celebrate Jesus’ Victory on the cross. For in his death we have been given life. His Blood that was shed is the Blood that washes away the sins of the world.

Remember today that God loved us so much that He sacrificed Himself so that we may rejoin Him. He bled, suffered, and died for all of us.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

He didn’t have to. We were and still are so undeserving of his sacrifice. Sometime this is so unfathomable to me that I become overwhelmed. Always, always remember that God loves you and that He died for you. Never forget.
